Our services
Prominato LLC is a placement agency. We introduce private chefs and household professionals to client households. We are not the employer of the professionals we place; the client household is, and that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of placement or employment, or a contract. Fees, terms of engagement, replacement guarantees and cancellation terms are set out only in the signed agreement for a specific engagement, and that agreement controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Profiles, availability and rates shown or described on this site may change at any time. We make no promise that any particular chef, role or household will be available.
Liability and governing law
We provide this site "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prominato LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
